Raffle is a raffle ordering method that we introduced to provide fair purchasing opportunities and convenience to our customers. In particular, to prevent resellers from pre-empting dolls and reselling them at high prices, only members with a track record of completed doll purchases are eligible for one entry per person. Winners are selected 100% randomly through a raffle program and disclosed in the form of a membership number to protect your privacy. The membership number is the # number next to your username in ‘My Account’. The winner will be able to order the prize during the specified ordering period.
